I’m hitting 70k words by the end of this week on When the Children Return, roughly 3/4 through the novel. Then lots of editing, copy-editing, professional review, more editing, proofing, etc. But it’s on target for an autumn release. Meanwhile, I’m doing some sales initiatives on The Eden Paradox series over the next few weeks, to attract new readers. Here’s one of the ads……


New Cover Design

Fabulous early cover design for the third book in the ‘Children’ Scifi trilogy. I’m still writing the second book, but it will run to three books, and I spotted an image of a nebula that looked like an eye, and asked my illustrator Suman Chakraborty to create a book cover, and, hey presto! Very happy with the result!…


On nice surprises…

When I released When the Children Come, I thought many Eden Paradox readers would buy it, and maybe they have, but  what I’m noticing is an uptick in US sales of the omnibus version (great to see!), perhaps also inspired by the latest Amazon UK review by Susan Yea: “This author should win the HUGO award for producing the best science fiction I have read in the last thirty years.” As you might imagine, that review made my week! …
